I have a recipe for apple cake, which I love, but every time I want a piece of homemade apple pie, its lovely to have, to a whole. So I thought maybe I could make soufflé cups or something and buy mini-cakes. I know how the recipe in half, quarters, etc., but I wondered if I had the kitchen or kitchenette temperature change time? If so, why?
