What does "recapitalization and growth equity investment" really mean? - growth business magazine
I saw the following paragraph in a business magazine, and I'm not sure what that means.
"A company has announced that it has completed a recapitalization and investment, the growth of the company B. According to the investment approach of the company, the management team hold a significant stake of company B, and continue to operate its business in the future. "
Company A is in trouble? Company B in trouble?
